Olga Sarabarina

Since her youth, she has lived with art—not by choice, but by inner necessity. The moment she stood before a display case holding a handwritten invitation to an art school marked the beginning of a lifelong journey. From that day on, not a single day has passed without drawing, painting, or creating something new.

Today, she teaches at an art scool, passing her experience on to the next generation. This work sharpens her eye for what truly matters: authenticity, expressive power, and the ability to make the invisible visible.

In her studio, she creates works that explore the human being in all its complexity. Portraits, figurative scenes, and symbolic compositions form the core of her artistic language. She works deliberately without stylistic boundaries—each piece develops its own form, atmosphere, and truth. Her focus lies on emotional depth, psychological tension, and symbolic layers that reveal inner states, relationships, vulnerability, strength, and the hidden stories carried within every person.

Her art appeals to collectors who value emotional resonance and craftsmanship. Each work is a cosmos of its own: a dialogue between light and shadow, fragility and strength, the visible world and the inner landscape.

1985–1989 – Formal studies at an Art School, foundational training in drawing, painting, and visual composition
1991–1994 – Studies at a Pedagogical College, deepening artistic, educational, and theoretical knowledge
Since 2001 – Continuous professional development through regional painting and drawing courses (watercolor, graphite, ink, oil, acrylic)
2010–2013 – Advanced studies at the Hamburg Academy, specializing in Graphic and Advertising Design

Since 2001, my work has been presented annually in curated group exhibitions, underscoring my continuous artistic practice and steady presence in the public art sphere. These exhibitions offer collectors insight into the evolution of my figurative and symbolic language.
