She was born in 1980. In 2010 she worked in Ekrem Özen’s glass making studio in Istanbul. In 2014, she began to organize interdisciplinary and independent public art events within AsiKeçi Ankara Art Initiative. She currently produces art and coordinates artistic activities in AsiKeçi. Her academic works focus on public art, urban aesthetics and the history of contemporary ceramic art in Turkey.
