Philippe Martineau

After many years of work in the world of haute gastronomy and oenology, here I am approaching the more uncertain terrain of spiritual food. This series comes from "Combustion" which proposes in 7 seven opus an artistic exploration of the battlefield of our lives. It draws up a report of our internal movements, our difficulty in unifying our scattered personalities, our contradictory drives, our conflicting desires, our uncontrollable fears, our overflowing feelings.
It is at the same time a continuation of my work, visible in the press and the publishing of beautiful books, and also a revelation of an immersed part of my creative approach, "Combustion" opens a new era, a sort of transparency towards myself and towards as well as through others.
The photos are presented without reframing, and with no post-production effects. All that appears is the fruit of research done at the same time as the photos are taken.
