I am an artist born in North Africa, more precisely in Morocco, in the city of Larache, near ancient Lixus, where Hercules was looking for golden apples on his long journey with Atlas, the god of the sea.
My artistic works are not separated from the elements of the ancient Greek era, such as sculptures, and metallic colors: gold and silver, using the dark luminous technique.
History repeats itself, I find those old things more original and pure to use in my art to pass messages related to the modern era in a mythological way. And here I find pleasure in passing bright ideas indirectly in a group of paintings that link each other with invented old stories that can be shed or projected on what is happening in the twenty-first century society in a more aesthetic way; Ideas crossed through connected canvases.

My name is Houssam Stitou, I have training certificate at the Higher School of Fine Arts in Casablanca and and I am a self-entrepreneur as an artistic director. I have other certificates related to art, such as sound and image technology. I worked as a professor of art and history via the Internet and i gave private lessons in plastic art as well.
I made many trips to Eastern Europe, in Turkey and Russia, some of which were exploratory, adventurous, and some were scientific, in search of the elixir of life, but I find myself an artistic messenger more than anything else.
