Through portraits of humans, animals, and plants, I explore the intersections between identity, memory, and nature, aiming to reveal the intertwined structure of cultural identity and ecological existence. In this way, the artist produces visual narratives that reflect both individual experiences and collective memory. Through portraits, the artist examines and questions the human journey, the connections formed with nature, and the transformation of these connections from ancient times to the Anthropocene era. Concurrently, she delve into the issue of identity, investigating the cultural affiliations and existential forms embedded in our genetic roots. By proposing and questioning the influence of cultural roots on the process of self-creation, the artist explores human transformation and development, and interrogates the concept of humanity as a core component of nature, a creator of culture. Another significant issue the artist addresses within the scope of identity is the concept of "womanhood." By exploring how the identity of women has been perceived through the ages and what changes are necessary in our perspective on gender equality, the artist treats "womanhood" as a matter of identity, creating works that approach the topic with a restorative perspective. The primary mediums of the artist's work include painting, printmaking, digital painting, collage, sound, and video installations. Utilizing these tools, the artist aims to immerse the viewer in the core subject by transitioning between various mediums, engaging all senses, and transforming the concepts into an experiential journey by carefully designing the modes of presentation. Challenging the notion of art as a passive experience merely observed by the audience, the artist's practice leverages the dynamic powers of art—its capacity to provoke, involve, evoke emotion, and be experienced—creating works that actively engage and mobilize the viewer.
