Magnus Sellergren is a Swedish artist who began his artistic journey in the 1980s punk rock scene, creating artwork, flyers, fanzines, and record sleeves using cut-and-paste techniques, Magic Markers, and a Xerox machine. Inspired by a childhood love of comic books and the bold visuals of pop art, his style also draws from exploitation movie posters, VHS sleeves, and propaganda art—reflecting the vibrant and rebellious energy of underground and countercultural movements. Sellergren made his debut at the York Paste-Up Festival in 2025, followed by further appearances at street art festivals across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, with works appearing globally. His original work has been sold through Tennants Auctioneers, and has appeared in the streets of Birmingham, Manchester, and Belgrade, among others.
