"Hidden Feelings" Fine Art Print

My name is Valera Hrishanin, and I am an artist from Ukraine. As a child, sports were a big part of my life, especially basketball, and I dreamed of becoming a professional athlete. But everything changed when doctors diagnosed me with a neurological illness, and I had to give up sports. That period was very difficult for me and left me feeling lost. For a long time, I searched for something that could give my life new meaning. One day, almost by accident, I started drawing. What began as a simple попытка soon became my passion. My first drawings were made with pencil in an ordinary notebook, but with every new work I felt more connected to art. Over time, my skills grew, surprising both my family and friends. This journey led me to organize my first solo exhibition in my hometown of Dykanka, which became an important milestone in my life as an artist. I have also taken part in television talent shows in Ukraine and abroad, winning some of them. One of the things that made me stand out was my ability to draw with both hands at the same time, which became a unique part of my artistic identity. I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and exploring new ways to express ideas in my work. My artworks are now part of private collections owned by well-known individuals as well as collectors around the world. Color plays a very important role in my art. I carefully choose every shade to reflect the meaning and emotion behind each piece. My personal signature is a small jumping monkey, though sometimes I also use the infinity symbol.
