In The Cold Light of Morning, when everyone's yawning. An elegant beauty sits pensively in the stark morning shadows. Inspired by the Placebo song of the same name, I wanted to create a dramatic image of a woman deep in a moment of introspection. This original piece took artist Dean Spinks over 70 hours to draw in his unique photorealistic style using Copic markers on Strathmore Bristol paper. Artwork is unframed and will be shipped in a tube.
