The second son of a Pentecostal Minister, and a Teacher, Robert, and his five siblings spend most of his formative in constant motion moving from city to city when the church and The NAACP whom his parents also worked for gave them a new community assignment. We spent most of my youth in the Southwestern part of the United States in places surrounded by adults who believed that children where to be seen, and not heard... being extremely shy at the time I spent most of my time writing or drawing I was more than happy to oblige. That upbringing gave me a sense of focus and an irresistible love for creative discovery.
