I am FARAH NAZ MOON Born in 1983 Chittagong, Bangladesh. I graduated from Chittagong University with an M.F.A in Painting in 2011. I was born in Chittagong city which is surrounded by trees. In that city my home is like a village .My childhood is totally different. It was a strong, disciplined life. My education was not very good because I don’t understand this normative form of education. I feel like all the textbook is very difficult. I was always afraid of it and didn’t understand anything. I don’t like traditional teaching process in my school life and also my university life. I want to explore myself with the thoughts of people through mutual mental connection about how people experienced their life. When I came to Dhaka I experienced a whole different reality. My working process was a bit halted when I came to this busy city. Then I started to observe and work in a minimal way with whatever I had around myself. I started to experience and understand the nature, the way of living patterns of different communities, and their individual and collective thoughts are the mediums of my works. I try to create multi- dimensional spaces with drawings /organic/found materials to create a world between of mine where I use my audience to come and connect with my thoughts and creations.
