His work is influenced by linearity, perspective, light rendering, colour and geometry interplay as well as psychology and nature. He aims to immerse the viewer into a surreal, abstract, vivid construct, of a feeling, a sensation, an atmosphere. An interpretation of the conscious, subconscious, memory and perception. STATEMENT My art is an exploration of different themes, many emotional, environmental or spiritual in nature. Each piece aims to immerse the viewer into this theme. I convey these themes via extrapolation with perspective geometry, contours and vivid colours that emphasis light rendering, mood, as well as shape, linearity, space, depth, flow and form. These are imaginary constructs but interpretations of thoughts, feelings, moods, nostalgia, and places we go in our mind, our dreams and creative pursuits that are very real to the viewer. Most of my work is currently painted in Oils, but I also produce pieces using Acrylics, Watercolours, Pen & Wash, Markers, Spray Paints, Pencils and Pastels. It depends on the subject matter and the desired style and outcome. He is open to bespoke works by commission. Previous commissions have included posters, product design illustrations, architectural and interior illustrations, logos & corporate branding design, music venue flyers & backdrops, graffiti wall art, murals and unique collectibles. He also offers Private Art Tutoring in various techniques.
