ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I love books. Reading, watching pictures inside, listening and touching their pages. I like art and history books the most. These two books are the gift from mom for my birthday. I was waiting it during few months. And when they came i was completely happy as a child. ⠀ "The History of the ugliness" and "The History of the beauty" by Umberto Eco are great history research about these two definitions with lots of picture and examples from literature and art. ⠀ When i investigated the books i found that they have white canvas under the cover. What's the provocation for the artist?! The white cardboard provoked me to start drawing. I took a micron pen and during few hours i was drawing quick primitive symbols, like dots and lines. I thought nothing. I just wanted to fill the white space. ⠀ I took a challenge from my mesterious relations with the books and drawing is one more way how i can communicate with them. ⠀ "The History of the beauty" is with the elements: calm and chaotic. The process of creating a work is a collaboration-experiment of the idea, selected materials, and spiritualization of the product of creativity. The result of the work is not only the created art object, also the transformed reality around and inside the author. The artist accepts the fact that the world is constantly changing and she is in it too.
