"Absurd Euphoria" Fine Art Print

About Me My name is Arash Shoveiri, and was born 1975 in Tehran, Iran and I am painting artist My special interest is creating art by mixing realism and symbolism inspired by antique. I was interested in art from childhood which lead me to continue my journey by participating in fine arts conservatory in 1991 and extended my knowledge by studying B.A in art and architecture in Tehran University after the conservatory in 1995. Briefly I can say I have a good knowledge about movements in art history like renaissance, baroque, romanticism, impressionism, post impressionism, cubism, and I have some favorite artists in each period such as:Impressionism artists: Degas, Pissaro, Manet, Sisly, Cezanne, Monet Cubism artists: George Braque, Pablo Picasso, Grise, Leger Surrealism artists: Salvador Dali, Maqritte Personally, I was very interested in the magnificent works of the Renaissance Artists. I also studied Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele paintings during school. While I lived in Iran, I had several exhibitions in the style of nude figures, which due to the conditions there, I had to display them privately. I taught design at Tehran Artists’ House in 2007 to 2008 and participated in the group exhibitions of the Tehran Painters Association in 2008 at Tehran Artists’ House by presenting several works. Then 2008 to 2010, I worked in the studio animation department of Gol Agha Publishing House to create an animation series for children, which was shown on Iranian TV. Among my other activities, I worked on aproduction of a short animation with the motion master technique called (Objects are closer to you than what you see in the mirror) as a creator and designer of the characters, and this animation won the first prize of the Tehran Animation Festival. I migrated to Denmark, where I worked in various related and unrelated jobs. I had also this opportunity to visit some art museums in Europe, and saw paintings by Eugène Delacroix, Jacques Louis David, Da vici, Lucian Freud, Francis Bacon, Pieter Bruegel. I created different works in different styles like Impressionism, Realism and Symbolism. After 8 years being in Europe I immigrated to United States and now have the space to create my own style inspired by antiques with mixed techniques of Realism and Symbolism.
