This painting has developed from a geometric cityscape with 9 skyscrapers in green signifying 9 of the 17 UN sustainable development goals. Then I decided that geometric style is not my style. Instead I added a new layer and finally added colored shapes of geometrical forms to illustrate how the west developed. I also added a bicycle helmet and a gun so this painting can be anyting from a scene in Goodless to an illustration of the symbiotic real (Timothy Morton). Humancentred or the opposite. Finally, I decided to change the title to 'Antropocentric man'.

Zonation paintings focus on integrating and balancing the elements: lines, tones and colours. I follow an expressionist painting philosophy inspired by Cézanne, Kleé and followers. Motives: Copenhagen cityscapes, croquis, stilleben. Artworks in acrylics, oil, aqua oil, multicoloured chalk, aquarelle and pencils. I am a Danish hydrologist currently working as a principal investigator and researcher at the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland at Øster Voldgade 10, 1350 in Copenhagen (working in close cooperation with Copenhagen University institute for geology and geography). I am known for my research in the field of hydrogeology, with a focus on groundwater resources and their management, as well as the impact of climate change on groundwater systems. I have published many papers in the international scientific journals, and I am also a member of several scientific organisations.
