ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Part of a series of paintings of ugly animals in cute outfits, personality and character count! A celebration of individuality and being proud of who you are. An aye aye in her nightie, playing her violin for you and the moon. Aye ayes are woodland creatures that feed on grubs and fruit and so I've added an orange and a cranberry. Legend has it if an aye aye points their long middle finger at you it means death but that's totally false! This one's long slender fingers are decorated in rings and used for playing beautiful music. All four sides are painted and therefore requires no frame. Complete with hanging wire it is ready for your enjoyment!
