Alfredo Machado is a self-taught painter born in Venezuela and shaped by years in Puerto Rico, now based in Florida. His work moves fluidly across landscape, figuration, and abstraction — driven equally by memory, place, the human figure, and the spiritual. Rooted in the light, color, and emotional intensity of Latin America, his paintings range from storm-swept Caribbean hills and moonlit villages to figures rising, dancing, dissolving into light.
