Grigor Velev is a Bulgarian professional contemporary artist. He is born in 1969 in Sofia. In 1999 he graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia-city with both bachelor and master degrees in Fine Art. Ever since he develops himself as a successful artist with many solo exhibitions all over the country of Bulgaria. A lot of his artworks are already part of private collections in the USA, South Korea, Italy, France, Dubai, UK, Greece and others. He adores to expand his unique modernist surrealism style to realistic pop art and bizarre neoclassical nude art. His images are always surprising with precise vivid colors, unique delicate details and lots of humor. His professional highly educated technique is stunning with its remarkable surrealistic accuracy and color precision. The sharp exposed dreamscapes and colorist figurative scenes turn each oil painting into a valuable work of art. Here you can see some of his available artworks during the past 10 years.
