Born in Philadelphia, PA, Evelyn Esperança, daughter of Brazilian immigrants, from an early age had the opportunity to travel abroad and experience different cultures which influenced her view of the world, her love for art, design, music and all forms of self-expression. In 1997, Eve attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale where she studied Graphic Design. She has worked as a designer ever since and established a successful career as an award-winning Creative Director. In 2013, she decided to pick up a paintbrush and begin expressing herself on canvas. The freedom and joy she experiences in her paintings is reflected in an orchestra of movement, flow of emotions, contrasting colors and organic shapes. Eve is an avid designer, painter, musician and west coast swing dancer. She currently resides in Florida with her 12-yr old son, Edgard, who dreams of becoming a video-game designer, and their two cats, Zeus & Cash Monkey.
