My art is an attempt to stop time. When I paint women's portraits, it's as if I whisper to them: "Stop, moment—you are so beautiful!" The women in my paintings are not models, but reflections of inner strength, vulnerability, and beauty in simplicity. I seek in every face that facet of light where life is hidden. Children's portraits occupy a special place in my work. Adults strive to appear, while children strive simply to feel. And I strive to capture this pure feeling: delight, surprise, sadness, joy—everything that makes us alive. My paintings are more than just images. It is a dialogue with the moment.
