Born on 15 July 1975 in Gdynia, Poland. Paintress, architect, art curator. In the years 2001-2003 - set designer and curator of exhibitions in the Baltic Sea Culture Centre, Gdansk, Poland, where she designed sets for more than 20 various art exhibitions of local and international artists, designers and architects. Ever since - painting and drawing has been her biggest passion. Paintings in private collections in Poland, Germany, Spain, Croatia, USA and Japan. Took part in various exhibitions in Poland (eg. National Museum in Cracow) and abroad (Budapest, Hungary; Siena, Italy and International Autumn Salon in Kosovo). Finalist of professional art contests: "Art Now!", Dec. 2016 and National Triennale of Painting "Animalis" - June 2017. Her paintings are inspired by works of Klimt, Modigliani and Lempicka - Agata's great masters, as well as by the fashion photography, icons of world design and black & white cinema. Presented paintings have been created since 2010 and come from the latest, graphic series of works, where slim silhuettes of women are shown in a very simplified way, without any chiaroscuro. Use of clear, contrasting colors intensifies the impression of deliberate reference to graphic advertisements as well as fashion illustration. However, the techniques used are typical for painting: oli and acrylic on canvas
