"Fading Away" Fine Art Print

I am a South African artist working predominantly in the traditional medium of oil paint on canvas and linen. Born in Cape Town and formally trained as a graphic designer, I later studied the techniques of oil painting under renowned South African artist Ryno Swart. I aim to depict the beauty and fragility of the interconnectedness of ourselves with other animals and the natural environment through my work. Artist's Statement: "Rather than painting what I see, I aim to paint what I feel; my deep connection to Mother Nature and all her inhabitants." I have a working studio gallery in the village of McGregor in the Western Cape, which is open to the public on weekends.
