I started painting when I was 5 years old, at a very unique pre-school. First thing in the morning, at 7 AM, and basically waking up to an easel, I would suddenly enter a whole new world...a world of color and form and no rules. I make paintings that reflect the way I see. The way certain things grow, or are affected by forces in nature. Chaos Theory, the process of time and erosion, mixtures of elements, things that are irregular and complex fascinate me. In my art is the story of that fascination and some figments of my dreams. Added to it are my emotions and passion for shape, color and hue. I strive to create paintings that really propagate the mind's tendency to make patterns and images from a seemingly chaotic assemblage.
