"Health thinking" is part of the series "Health expectations" We all need energy and mental health to bring our full potential to live better and achieve our goals. Physical health is just as important as mental health as well as our spirituality. The majority of us try harder to get in shape, but we do not try to keep the balance, it takes a lot of sacrifices, but it is worth it. I think it’s time to act, right now is the right time. We always confirm that natural medicine is above all the best remedy when we are sick, or when we do not feel well, but we often forget that plants must be part of our daily consumption, and our meals and our hot tea. Can we pretend that it is prevention? No, let's just say that we eat healthily. The price to pay is never what the expected one. For those who always find good excuses for not consuming food from nature, the wise always say: "prevention is always better than cure". The information has been so democratized lately, it takes just some clicks to access necessary information. I think we are responsible for our health.

I paint the past, the present, and the future. I'm an abstract expressionist artist, and designer, born in 1991 in Port-au-Prince. Studied art in 2008 and interior design in 2019 my work is a combination of emotions, feelings, and experiences, and always new adventures, a set of colors, sometimes combined with different cultures, and perceptions and myths through the interpretation of people, the expression of a meeting diverse perceptions, conceptions and cultures express this synthesis through colors and shapes. Sometimes very simple, always see the beauty of a space with the presence of works of art, and the profound psychological impact it produces on people. which transmit different emotions, feelings of fullness, and good vibrations which arouse the motivation to make reflections on oneself, on human existence, on life, or the universe.
