I've always had a love affair with making the hand made image. Exploring my imagination and setting up challenges through thematic works has allowed me to tap into an eternal wellspring of ideas. After my early training, I began creating series of works that allowed me to invent within a defined framework. Sometimes, these series would last years before I felt that I had exhausted them. The themes are often autobiographical and sometimes reference real-world events but the commonality is always a love affair with the basics of art: line, shape and color.
