Natalya Mougenot is a contemporary artist/photographer based in Lyon, France, originally from Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, a land of vast steppes and quiet mountains that continues to echo in her visual language. She moved to France in 2003, a transition that deeply shaped her identity and creative voice. Natalya began painting in 2017 during a period of radical personal transformation. What started as a form of therapeutic release soon evolved into a committed art practice rooted in emotional honesty, introspection, and spiritual balance.
