ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Koi fish are very popular in Japan and can be found in ponds around temples and shrines. They are also popular at „kodomo no hi“, children‘s day in May. Parks are decorated with plenty of colorful kites in form of those pretty fish. I loved painting them in deep blue water.
