Often when we are chasing our dreams we can get caught up in our attempts to succeed that we may miss the signs all around us. We may become worried and stressed because we’re not as far as we wanted to be and doubt we will ever reach our goals. But so often there are signs encouraging us to go on. They may come to us in visions and dreams or the words of another, and often thru the animals that come to visit us. We just have to be open to receiving their messages. For many Natives, birds are considered messengers, often as our ancestors. They can bring us warnings or guidance, and sometimes they simply bring reminders to hold onto hope and keep going. Don’t ever give up on your hopes and dreams. Even when you are having difficulty in what seems to be little to no progress, remember that often we do not see everything that is in motion, and we are making progress even when it doesn’t seem so. Hold onto that hope, have faith things will get better, and your breakthrough is just around the corner. Release your fears and doubts. Don’t listen to the naysayers, and push thru the challenges you are given. Keep going, let your spirit soar, and let your hopes and dreams take flight.
