Painter Hall Groat II serves as a Professor of Art and Design at the State University of New York at Broome Community College, where he teaches introductory courses including computer graphics, drawing, painting, and art history. Groat has established a significant presence in the art world, showcasing his work through numerous solo exhibitions at venues such as the Everson Museum of Art, the Roberson Museum and Science Center, Finger Lakes Community College, Cazenovia College, the Jasper Rand Art Museum, LeMoyne College, the Wadsworth Athenaeum, and Washington and Jefferson College.
