ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A sense of loneliness has been with me most of my life. For a long time I felt misunderstood and that I lack the means to express myself. I have discovered after a while that painting gives me that ability. I’ve always hated the desert, I can’t understand how the ones who love it, it always related in my mind to something bland, empty, anemic. Despite what I said, as people we have the ability to see things differently. I'd like the viewer to love the desert and see in it a place of peace and quiet.
