Artist Statement: Creating art that evokes thought, invites contemplation, and encourages reflection is my goal. Trayko Popov is a Bulgarian artist. He is best known for his cartoons, illustrations and more recently as painter. He illustrates books, magazines and produces cartoons and short animated cartoons. Trayko has won more than 40 national and international awards. He participated in more than 20 collective books. His artworks have been exhibited in galleries in USA, China, Canada, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, France, Turkey, Belgium, Switzerland, etc. Trayko’s works appear in several digital sites daily.
