Tom is an award winning Contemporary American Bucks County artist who has worked in the district for over forty years. Aside from a career in the Fine Arts, Tom is also a skilled craftsman who, over the years, has specialized in jewelry design and provided services for many of the local Bucks County jewelry stores. He was also the proprietor of a Pencil Portrait business. Today, he continues to create paintings for private collectors in addition to doing commissions.
