Zahra Azimzade is an artist from Azerbaijan, living in Sweden. She studied art teaching at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. She began her art career in 2014 as a self-taught artist. Since the university she studied at focused more on pedagogical issues than on painting, she had to develop her drawing skills on her own. She has been working on herself for many years and trying to create her own style. She especially prefers working with oil paints, watercolors and oil pastels. In recent years, she has also been painting with acrylics. She has participated in various exhibitions.
