I am a painter, potter, phottographer and writer. I exhibit my work all across the United States and my work can be found in many public and private collections. I was an art teacher at the secondary level for 33 years and have been an adjunct professor of art for 15 years at Simpson College. I wrote a newspaper column for 29 years in addition to being avserious, practicing artist. Some of my work is based upon my travels while other work is created from my own surroundings. My studio is in Indianola, Iowa were I also enjoy creating beautiful flower gardens.
