Olga Milova is a visual artist based in Germany. Originally from Dnipro, Ukraine, she combines her background in architecture with artistic training received through courses led by established masters to develop a personal style inspired by nature, music, medieval architecture, and Renaissance aesthetics. In addition to her visual art practice, Olga is also a writer and illustrator. Her fairytale “The Lord of the Savannah” was first published in Dnipro in 2003 and later released in German: "Der Herr der Savanne" in Rome in 2024, both editions featuring her original illustrations. She is a member of the "Eisenturm" Art Association in Mainz and actively participates in group exhibitions. One of her notable contributions was to the 2009 exhibition “Der hohe Dom zu Mainz” (The Great Cathedral of Mainz), where her watercolor “Mainzer Dom” was presented as part of the celebrations marking the cathedral’s 1000-year anniversary. The exhibition is archived on the cultural platform 75 Jahre Rheinland-Pfalz – 75 Geschichten, highlighting significant milestones in architecture, art, and regional history. Olga’s work has received international recognition. Two of her watercolors, along with a short biography, were featured in Volume XI of International Contemporary Artists, published in New York in 2016. She also illustrated a children’s educational book published in Wiesbaden in 2008, which portrays rare animal species found in Germany, using vibrant watercolor techniques.
