ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece is inspired by my upbringing. Saint Michael for me as a young child was my first "super hero." Today, although I am not religious as I once was, I still find inspiration to be good in Saint Michael. To be a warrior for good. I do this by volunteering, donating and doing giveaways for charities. The composition is inspired by a wood sculpture in the MET museum here in NYC.
