AFTER COMPLETING AN ART FOUNDATION COURSE IN FINE ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY I WORKED AS A FREELANCE TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHER, LIVING IN ASIA FOR 8 YEARS. DURING THAT TIME I ALSO COMPLETED DETAILED PEN POINTILIST PORTRAITS AND LATER MOVED TOWARDS A MORE POP ART STYLE OF PAINTING, MAINLY TO PAINT FROM MY INFLUENCES OF MID CENTURY MUSIC, SIXTIES ICONS, STYLES, ARCHITECTURE, SCOOTERS AND ICONIC FILMS. ON RETURNING TO THE UK I SET UP MY WEBSITE TO SELL AND SHOWCASE THIS WORK, OFTEN SWITCHING BETWEEN STYLES, PAINTING AND PHOTOGRAPHY. DURING THAT TIME MY WORK HAS APPEARED IN TV ADVERTS, MAGAZINE COVERS, BOOK COVERS, RECORD COVERS, VARIOUS SHOWS AND EXHIBITIONS WORLDWIDE. RECENTLY PART OF A 6 WEEK GALLERY SHOW IN PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA TO COINCIDE WITH MODERNIST WEEK. ALSO RECENT LONDON EXHIBITIONS. I HAVE SOLD WORLDWIDE FOR MANY YEARS.
