About The Artwork
Inspired by the vista from Elie over the beach towards the Firth of Forth, on a sunny day but with turbulent clouds. The beach is sometimes used for cricket when the tide is low. The attraction for me was the relation between the clouds streaking the sky and the pools or lagoons left by the retreating tide.
