About The Artwork
I had been hoping to create this painting for a long time, and it came out just as I had imagined. The Forbidden Fruit aka the apple is surrounded by darker shades like black, maroon, and faded yellow to show the unlikeliness of 'goodness' in the fruit. What inspired me was the realization that the world often finds beauty in what is forbidden and evil.
