L. Cirinq, whose name is Larrique José Cirino (State of São Paulo, January 19, 1989) is a contemporary Brazilian artist, whose basis is surrealism. He is a born artist, and began to develop and improve his taste for art in his childhood, during art education classes, where he always stood out as the best student, and during his schooling he was invited to participate in exhibitions. During his adolescence, he began learning fabric painting techniques from his aunt, who was also an artist. Over time, he felt the need to start painting in oil. He left painting for a while, and tried other arts, such as musical theater, ballet and contemporary dance, which he did not continue due to moving to another city in 2012. Once in the new city, he began his degree in Art and Education and completed it in 2015. During his studies, he taught painting on canvas at a psychosocial care center, an experience that lasted three years. In 2016, he left Brazil to live in Lisbon, to pursue a master's degree in art curation at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, but the course was not completed, as the artist did not identify himself as a curator. After that date, the artist no longer has contact with art. At the beginning of 2023, he decides to return to the arts and explore new styles of painting with greater intensity.
