I was inspired by by Émile Bernard's: 1908 Nymphs after Bathing oil on canvas. "Apres le bain, les nymphes," painting as I love painting the sexuality of women and their movement and flow. Color and patterns are also part of my idea of creating passion.

I strive to paint from my gut a surge of body parts that are both on the fringes of figural and unknowing. At a gaze one can feel as if peeking into a secret message of a sexual ritual. Within the erotic body parts (dominated by females,) I paint for the mystery of lines, color, shapes to convey a climax of thought. The grotesque prevails despite the sensual nature of my paintings, there is the expressive, unsettling, and visceral confirmation that the subject matter of a given work is typically intended to unsettle the viewer while making it their own visual.
