Working under the moniker "˜Think', Theo Robinson creates complex stencils focused on social critique and commentary, and graffiti-inspired abstract works on a wide range of scales, from small found objects to walls in Melbourne's laneways. After completing a Ba.C. in Communication Design at Swinburne University (School of Design) in Melbourne, Australia, he worked within the corporate design world for a few years before choosing to part ways because of a conflict of ethics; the straw that broke the camel's back was being asked to work on gambling projects. Since then, Theo has designed for the music and entertainment industry for venues and artists around Melbourne and Canada. He also works as a VJ under the moniker "˜sevenmilligram', creating videos for local producers and artists, and working as a tour VJ for artist Nick Thayer across Australasia and North America. Theo is now focusing on progressing his career as professional artist. He has been a finalist in both the 2012 & 2013 Australian Stencil Prize, and has been involved in a wide range of group shows.
