I’m a girl of the 60s the only thing my mother insisted on was that I had a trade I left my hometown to go to London and become a window dresser on Bond Street and Oxford street which was a fabulous experience I married had two fabulous kids and divorced I then used my display training to work as a stylist/interior designer for many years specialising in showhomes and dressing exhibition stands with having my display training I was an asset to site work as i could turn my hand to many skills e.g Flower arranging Christmas decorations ( I had a number of private clients who booked me every year for the decs About 4 years ago I started to paint my first painting I submitted to the ROYAL ACADAMY SUMMER EXHIBITION and amazingly got the the final selection was I have all the letters staining to this
