I was born in Italy, and ever since I first began to draw, I've felt the urge to employ colours in ways that diverge from reality. Later, I pursued a career in biology, eventually becoming a PhD student in Neuroscience. These choices stem from my curiosity to comprehend and convey the aspects of existence that remain enigmatic for me. During my PhD, a profound realization took hold – the pressing need to define the external world and my internal world through the medium of colours, a genuine representation of our perceptual and emotional experiences that binds us to life itself.
