In this painting I debate the idea, "if peace is mostly happen inside of us, why the fact of rest couldn't be the most peaceful and important things and also be done like that?". If so, "the real rest in peace", should be like in this painting.

Argentina
Robert Luxama, a chameleon artist of fine arts, originally from Haiti and living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Like all chameleon artists, like the case of Pablo Picasso or Gerhard Richter, his works range from realism to abstract; but in his case with themes that evolve from nature to costumes, identity and the paranormal or the supernatural, in techniques like painting, drawing or sculpture, without hindering his curiosity and approach in cinema, the art adventure continues without cease. His artistic soul of Haitian art, despite the strong influence of the artistic movement "l'école beauté" Haitian, also has a strong reference to masters of universal painting like Willem de Kooning, Salvador Dalí and William Turner. Luxama was self-taught in his early steps in Port-au-Prince, before receiving his very first artistic training at the Salesian Professional Center. Later, he attended the provincial school of fine arts in Bani, and then obtained his degree in fine arts at the National School of Visual Arts in Santo Domingo. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration at Brigham Young University Idaho online. And, he was a member of the National Association of Fine Arts of Santiago de Chile from 2014 to 2016, until he moved to Buenos Aires. With several awards, honors and artistic recognitions, multiple individual and collective exhibitions in several countries, art fairs and biennials of international visual arts, since 1998, Robert Luxama continues to develop his career and bring aesthetic joy to art lovers around the world.
