I am an artist and illustrator from the Wirral peninsula in north west England. I paint in an Impressionist-influenced technique in oils or acrylics on canvas. I enjoy painting colours, textures, shadows and light and it is those elements that I seek in subject matter. I have held 2 solo exhibitions and taken part in several group shows. I am a member of Wirral Society of Arts, Wirral Art and Deeside Art Group. I serve on the committee of both Wirral Art and Deeside Art Group. My Illustration work has featured on book covers, greeting cards, advertisements and more for clients including NatWest Bank, BBC Worldwide, Random House, Hallmark and Wirral Borough Council.
