ABOUT THE ARTWORK

What it a dream or a nightmare? A mixed media painting of baby (representing new beginnings) surrounded by a magnolia flower (beauty and gentleness), horse (freedom without restraint), eagle (courage, wisdom and strength) and hand (a helping hand gesture while reaching for the dream catcher). The outline of the inside of a heart (to express pain and emotions) to reflect on this time of self isolation and social distancing yet representing endurance for what lies ahead.”
