My name is Sultan Aubekerov. I was born in the picturesque city of Atyrau (Kazakhstan), where nature’s harmony sparked my love for creativity from an early age. Some of my brightest childhood memories revolve around the interplay of light and shadow—those moments inspired my first experimental drawings and led me to discover my own artistic language. Over time, I realized that painting was not merely a pastime, but a way to share my inner emotions and ideas with the world. Each brushstroke on the canvas tells a story of my feelings and aspirations, encouraging the viewer to perceive reality from a fresh perspective. I began painting in the 2000s. In my work, I blend the real with the fantastical, combining smooth lines with bold, contrasting accents. I am inspired by natural motifs, urban panoramas, and the philosophies of various cultures, which help me explore the connection between people and their surroundings.
