Matteo Mancini was born in Albano Laziale (Rome, Italy) in 1984. The contemporary artistic agone drive him initially to the use of the digital technology in the art; after years of experimentation return to the original dexterity, change that arises from reflections of the nature and from limitation of the creation process. In his works he comes to a dualistic view of the reality, where the moment of synthesis, although it is conceivable, is not reflected in the reality. The study of mythological mechanisms and archetypal psychology, induce him to force the representations: through the excess and paradox he investigates the individual and collective mystification devices. With subversive impulse his art constantly makes war to those control instruments, historically decisive, that mortify the bodies, as well as upset the desire and the human will.
