Initially studying electrical engineering, she trained as a theatre actress in London where she lived for the past two years and worked in theatre and film. Returning to Canada in March 2020, her inspiration comes from travelling, encountering fellow human beings, and exploring meditation and yoga. Amanda paints the inner landscape shaped by visual memories, intense emotions, and thoughts as fleeting as the wind. Her paintings are vibrantly colourful, pulsing with life and imagination.
