The "EAT ME" series: I found a can of Spaghetti Meatballs at a gas station in the middle of the desert in Namibia. It's pleasant retro look and the presumably not too gourmet content inspired me to frame some odd satirical pop inspired situations. To render a maximum brilliance and depth the image...

"Federico Naef (1962), a mainly self-taught photographer born and raised in Zurich Switzerland, has mastered the art of developing and implementing innovative and creative ideas to achieve aesthetic and meaningful pictures. From a young age Federico was fascinated by cameras and their function to capture special moments and bring them to life. Drawing inspiration from the movie “Blow Up” directed by M. Antonioni, depicting the life of a photographer in London during the 60s, he decided to quit his studies and turn his career towards photography. Starting off as a freelance assistant for various fashion-photographers, he pursued his occupation as a paparazzo for several publishing houses, giving Federico the ability to expand his range of competencies and refine his skills in press photography. Later on he realized numerous works in the field of fashion, beauty and advertising, specializing first on people and in time on still-lives and food. Having obtained profound knowledge in a range of fields, he was appointed photographer of the Zurich Opera Ballet. Focusing his art on societal tendencies, nature’s beauty, the news and more, by means of digital or analogue photography, Federico was awarded ADC Gold for Amnesty International - Not Here But Now- campaign, as well as the “keeper of the flame”. Multiple stays abroad in the fashion capitals of the world, as well as being part of international exhibitions and continuous self-development have helped Federico become the artist that he is today."
